Experiencing of Menstrual Pain?

My "auntie" visited me yesterday.
What I mean here is period.
I was sad and moody that day.
May be because of my auntie.
Let's share some knowledge here!
What is menstruation???
Menstruation is the menstrual cycle
in the female reproductive system.
Menstruation is also called
menstrual bleeding, menses, or a period.
The flow of menses normally serves as a sign
that a woman has not become pregnant.
That's why menstruation is very important for female.
HOWEVER...

Menstrual pain
is a common gynecological complaint in adolescents, so do I.
Fortunately the majority of cases
are not associated with a disease.
Thanks God.
BUT...
Every month I have to undergo the pain cause by menstrual.
The pain is hard to describe by words, wordless!
Guys wil never know how pain is it...

I need to take medicine to reduce my pain.

I asked my mummy why?
Why I need to suffer from the pain every month?
My mummy asked me to wait...
She said the discomforts of menstrual pain
tends to decrease over time and after pregnancy.
Hah? after pregnancy?
means I have to wait for another 8-10 years???
How to wait?
My mummy said last time she also experienced menstrual pain
But after pregnancy, no more pain in every month.
For this few years, I think I have to depend on medicine.
What can I do???

Therefore, menstruation plays a vital role in female.
Being a pregnant woman is a mighty job.
It is not easy to carry a baby inside the uterus.

I still will choose to become a female rather than a male.

Today I have attended to my secondary school-ARGS
with Jeffrey. There was 36th Chinese Society Gathering.
I saw Sook Yen and Wun Ching there, reali unexpected!
I was happy coz I can take this opportunity to walk around
my school. I saw the mural that I drew it last time with
my frens tat time. Haha, it was still there!
I tot ady changed to another mural, luckily it was there!
I saw my form5 form teacher- Encik Yusfaizal.
We chatted for a while... but then not much to chat.

Around 11.45am, we left ARGS.
After tat, me and Jeff went to KLCC to had our breakfast.

Yesterday around 4pm, Melody sms me and told me she was
not feeling well and she wil skip for the yoga class...
Yesterday was a rainy day!
I hv thought to skip my yoga class too... but...
finally my mum persuaded me to go coz mummy said yoga is
a good exercise and can gif an opportunity for my body to sweat
since I really seldom to do exercise in my daytime... T_T
I reached yoga centre at 7.10pm and I realised tat I m the 1st in the yoga studio.
I had nothing to do then i was thinking of taking pictures...
haha, reali a competent camwhorer! rite? wakaka...
Around 7.20pm, my yoga teacher and some students finally reached.
I have learnt some new stretching pose yesterday, kinda happy! ^_^
My body can be considered as quite flexible and high stretchability.
But... the only problem is my physical strength...
so lame... I m not strong enough! ishh...
sometimes I m shivering when i m doin some yoga posing...
haha... reali lame! paiseh!
Hope I can be strong from learning yoga!
